| 1. Principal DPR Expert – Qualification: • Level 13/14 or equivalent officers (Govt.). Experienced officials from MoRTH /NHAI/ PWD. OR Director/ Head of DPR Preparation & implementation function (Private) • 15 years’ overall experience in project implementation of National Highways. Experience in preparation of DPRs desirable. 10 years of field experience. Experience in using latest Survey techniques, technologies etc. desirable. |
| 2. Senior Highway Expert – Qualification: • Civil Engineer • Post-Graduation in Construction Management/ Highway Engineering Experience: • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
| 3. Road Safety Expert – Qualification: • Civil Engineer • Post-Graduation in Transportation Engineering • 15 days Road Safety Audit Course from IAHE or any other institute specifically approved by MoRTH Experience: • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
| 4. Traffic Expert – Qualification: • Civil Engineer • Post-graduation in Traffic Engineering /Transportation Engineering /Transportation Planning [AICTE Approved] • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
| 5. Environment / Forest Specialist – Qualification: • Civil Engineer/Environmental Engineer • Post-Graduation in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences Experience: • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools. |
| 6. Land Acquisition Expert – Qualification: • Graduation (any) • Post-Graduation in Law (preferably) Experience: • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
| 7. Geotechnical Expert – Qualification: • Civil Engineer/Msc. Geology • Masters in Foundation Engineering / Soil Mechanics / PhD in Geology /Geo-Tech Engineering Experience: • >10 years of relevant experience • Mandatory for the key personnel to have attended training course on “Preparation of Feasibility Study and DPR for Highway Projects” conducted by Indian Academy of Highway Engineers (IAHE) or any other institute specifically approved by MoRTH for minimum 6 days duration • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
| 8. Bridge Expert – Qualification: • Civil Engineer • Post-Graduation in Structural Engineering/Bridge Engineering Experience: • >15 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in using latest technology and tools |
