IDBI Bank invites Online applications for the recruitment of 2100 Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’, Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO) Posts. வயது வரம்பு :

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive)

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. 1. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

2. Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO) – A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

i) Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

ii) Executive –Sales and Operations (ESO): The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV)and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

சம்பள விவரம் :

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’:

a) On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.

Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO):

The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:

Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,

Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
