Tiruppur OSC Centre invites applications for recruitment of 14 Centre Admin, Senior Counsellor, IT Staff, Field Worker, Multi Purpose Helper, Security Guard Posts. 1. Centre Admin – not exceeding 45 Years

2. Senior Counsellor – not exceeding 45 Years

3. IT Staff – not exceeding 40 Years

4. Field Worker – not exceeding 40 Years

5. Multi Purpose Helper – not exceeding 40 Years

6. Security Guard – not exceeding 40 Years

கல்வி தகுதி :

1. Centre Admin –
– Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Bachelor’s Degree in law
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.
– As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts.
– Preference will be given to candidate with at least 5 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes.
– Only women candidates may apply.

2. Senior Counsellor –
– Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Master Degree in Clinical Psychology
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.
– Preference will be given to candidate with at least 3 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes.
– As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts.
– Only women candidates may apply.

3. IT Staff –
– Graduate with Diploma in Computer / IT
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.
– Min 03 Years Experience in Data Management, Web based reporting and Video Conferencing

4. Field Worker –  
– MSW
– Only women candidates may apply.
– Min 03 Years Experience Required
– As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts.  
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.

5. Multi Purpose Helper –
– 10th Pass/ Fail
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.
– Candidate should have experience working in an office set.
– Experience in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook.

6. Security Guard –
– 10th Pass/ Fail
– Min 03 Years Experience Required
– As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts.
– The candidate should be resident of the local community.
